You must have an NJLMN account to register for courses and maintain a transcript on the NJLMN. Login as an NJLMN user and browse the course catalog. Search the Course Catalog by Topic, Date, CEUs or key word.
There are several ways to register.
REGISTER FOR AN NJLMN SPONSORED COURSE OR EVENT:
If you see a course you wish to register for and you are logged in to your NJLMN account, you can simply click the REGISTER link associated with that course. Click YES to confirm and you are done. You will see a THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING screen and a confirmation email will be sent to your NJLMN account.
(TIP: We recommend that you save this confirmation email for your records.)
REGISTER FOR AN "OUTSIDE" COURSE OR EVENT:
These are courses whose sponsors wish to manage registration outside of the NJLMN. You will still be able to register through NJLMN and have the course sponsor record your attendance in this course and include that information in your NJLMN transcript. To insure that your attendance in an outside registration course is recorded into your transcript we recommend: 1) that you inform the course sponsor that you have an NJLMN account and wish the course sponsor to verify your attendance, 2) ask the course sponsor to print out an NJLMN CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE, complete this certificate and provide a copy to you for your records. Course Sponsors and NJLMN account holders share responsibility to maintain accurate records of course attendance.
You should register for courses through NJLMN to maintain an accurate record of your professional licenses & certifications and to contribute to an aggregate picture of New Jersey's level of preparedness in the event of a disaster or public health emergency. Registration also provides a picture of what you and your professional colleagues are interested in learning and can influence and define curriculum development in the future.
